Because of our confidence in our Beautiful Code process we can offer much more transparent pricing than most web-development agencies.
Website (with optional ecommerce)
£1500 to configure, free hosting.
Backups and monitoring are £240 per year.
You supply the domain name and a design (some excellent off the shelf designs are here).
We configure three templates and up to ten pages of content for you; you then manage the rest using the site’s in-built tools.
For ecommerce you will also need a paypal or merchant account in order to receive payments.
If you require custom functionality this will be priced once a detailed specification has been agreed. Additional hosting charges may apply (usually about £600 per year).
Backups will be taken daily and retained for seven days. Monitoring will alert 3hv support within half an hour of a site going offline; time to resolution will depend upon the nature of the fault.
Hosting is supplied by Heroku and Amazon and will be based in the USA.
Membership website (with optional ecommerce)
A website with members-only pages and downloads, multiple subscription plans (with online payments) and discussion forums.
£2000 to configure, £100 per month per 250 members for hosting (including backups, monitoring and one hour of high priority support per month).

Custom Development
We can build web-applications that are tailored to your exact needs.
We prefer to work in weekly iterations (with a rigorously defined process that puts you in control) but we can offer shorter time spans if needed.
One developer, plus iterative project management support:
£2400 per weekly iteration or £600 per day.
Support on existing projects
Software projects do not have an end-point – they grow and change with their respective businesses. Our Beautiful Code process anticipates change and allows us to maintain and modify your projects as you grow – whether making amendments to existing sites or just a bit of help generating a report.
Support time (minimum chargeable time is 30 minutes):
- £150 per hour for emergency, drop-everything, we need help this minute support.
- £100 per hour for when you need a fix within the next couple of days.
- £60 per hour for when we need some assistance but there’s no immediate rush.
We can also offer monthly support contracts. These guarantee you urgent, drop-everything, response times, as described above.
- £400 for up to 4 hours of urgent support.
- £1000 for up to 10 hours of urgent support.
- £2400 for up to 40 hours of urgent support.
